Regina grew up in Louisiana. She earned her BS in Business Education and an MS in Computer Science from Southern University and A&M College. She lives in Fayetteville with her husband. They have two sons.

Regina is the founder of Daigre Global LLC, a business education company. Regina is also a motivational speaker and a Keirsey Certified Temperament Professional. Regina has taught at Southern University A&M College, Baton Rouge Community College, and East Baton Rouge Parish Schools. She has also taught at the Cobb County School System, Henry County Schools, and online with Strayer University and South University.
