I am a lawyer, former legislator, entrepreneur, family man, and an ordained minister. I currently reside in Stone Mountain and have been an active community member for many years. As a former state legislator, I served this community for 10 years, and I am ready to serve as a candidate for Senate District 55. I am currently a principal in the law firm of Randal Alonzo Mangham LLC.

Previous tenor as a state legislator.
What would be your top priority upon winning office?
Helping to pass Medicare/Medicaid expansion in Georgia.
What actions would you take to enhance government transparency and trust in government?
Support better ethics legislation and promote more accountability and oversight for the executive.
Do you believe Georgia elections are secure and what additional security measures can be taken?
Yes, Georgia elections for the most part have been secure.
What is government's responsibility to ensure affordable housing?
Assist in passing laws that allow local governments to have proper tax incentives.
Do you believe public access to public records is sufficient in your jurisdiction and, if not, what steps do you support to remedy that?
In Georgia, public access to public records has been sufficient. However, should any reason exist to require additional access, I would support legislation to make it easier for public to access public records.
